You can call me Carmen - my friends would call me “obsessed with running and all things fitness”, “a girl who loves some competition”, “an avid traveller”, “bit of a wellness nerd”… but let’s stick with Carmen.

While my full time job isn’t social media and content creation, it’s a creative outlet where I get to explore my passions and help others in my community. I want to inspire people to live a lifestyle of movement and fulfilment, and I hope we can do that together!
